First there was a 30 mins phone interview before onsite interview.
Onsite includes 5 interviews, 3 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon,1 lunch interview.
Most of them senior analyst or manager, asking more questions to show your interest is important.
Only hire PhD students.

Set up by a recruiter, I had a relatively relaxed 30 minute interview with a team member as a technical screening. The next step was an onsite interview which I was not offered.

Entrevista
One phone interview. One onsite. Went to Boston and had 3 45 mins interviews (both behavioral and technical questions) and 1 case study. The case study was not too bad, just some basic knowledge of modeling and glms, as well as some intuition. everyone seemed really nice and friendly. Had a quite nice experience with the onsite interview. Got to know what exciting models insurance companies are currently developing.

Phone screening for 30min. Get feedback in one week. On site for one day. About four interviews: three regular + one project. People are very friendly. Get feedback in one week. Very efficient.
