First round with a Liberty employed recruiter. Second round onsite with three separate members of leadership going through case based and behavioral questions. Majority of the interview is about acing the Q&A - not just simply walking through a resume.

It was several years back but in looking over McKinsey case questions, they were vastly similar. They were looking for your ability to take on a challenging situation via question and walk through your thought process as you navigate to answer.

first round- case interview
second round- 2 case interviews and office tour- didn't make it to 3rd which is an indicator of if you got an offer. Interviews are with MD and are similar to McKinsey style case questions as you must be able to drive a case forward and are comfortable with ambiguity.

Interview process was great, the HR team is very responsive. Although I did not receive an offer, they followed up promptly and shared details around why I was not selected.

In-Person First Round: 2 30min Case Interviews, pretty much strictly the case, though I did get briefly asked about my classes in one of the interviews as well. Pretty straightforward overall.
