It was one interview with 2 managers. It was a series of situation questions. After the question, I had to complete an essay based on a claim scenario. After completing the scenario, there was a brief meeting with the Sr. Claims Manager. The meeting with him was informal. There was no drug test but there was a background search. I was not offered the job until 2 months after interviewing for the position.

I completed the phone interview and was told that I would be moving forward and would hear back from a manager. Two days later, I received an email stating that they decided to move forward with other candidates. I was blindsided by this, especially since the phone interview lasted only eight minutes and I was explicitly told I was advancing to the next stage. Based on this experience and what I have heard about their high turnover rate. I can now see why and would not recommend this company.
