Interview was a two track process involving a lengthy telephone interview with the staff attorney. The second part was an in-person interview with the attorney and legal office manager.

The phone screen was on point. Remote meeting with the hiring manager was cut short; because their job description failed to list all the tasks of the position. The task of drafting motions for summary judgment are more appropriate for law clerks and/or lawyers.
