I applied online and was contacted fairly quickly by HR (in two weeks). I had a video interview with an HR rep. While the questions themselves were not very difficult (they were mostly behavioral), I found the software that they used to be very problematic - there is feedback so you will hear yourself speaking with a slight delay. This made it very difficult to talk because it felt like you were talking over somebody. Additionally, the HR rep didn't seem too excited, although not too unexcited either.
