The interview consisted of a lot of behavioral questions which was expected, however the recruiter/hiring manager was not welcoming at all and also called an hour earlier. From the jump I felt uncomfortable and even wanted to reschedule, but we were there so why not. Probably would not interview with Liberty Mutual anytime soon.

Easygoing process from start to finish. The interview went well and a lot of questions were answered and the applicant was happy with the process. Liberty Mutual seems like a good company.

Not professionally dressed for occasion; though it was a virtual meeting, but, I always say, dress to impress even if I’m the one hiring. Not too enthusiastic about interviewing; too laid back. Will not interact.
