Started off with a phone interview with a very friendly HR representative. This is behavioral - he asked about strengths, weaknesses, experience in a team, etc. Next stage was an interview with an area manager. She was extremely friendly - most of the interview was a regular conversation and she squeezed in a few technical questions at the end. These were more about my Sales experience and questioning what I did/would do in different scenarios.
