The interview process was very extensive for an internship. It began with a phone interview for 30 minutes, and once I passed that I was invited to the headquarters for a day full of interviews. The day consisted of breakfast with some full time employees, two 45 minute behavioral interviews, an oral case study with a presentation, lunch with management and a written case study after lunch.

The process was typical. A first interview with the immediate supervisor and the department's lead. Then a second interview with SVP and a member of management. The first interview went well. The second was when they showed their true colors.

Entrevista
Three rounds of interviews - first with the hiring manager and then 2 with the team. All fairly standard, no trick/pointless questions. Unfortunately, there was a hiring freeze during the process and the opening was cancelled.
