The recruiter actually do a great job of preparing you for the face to face with hiring managers which is the next step.
I arrived 15 minutes early at that time my recruiter politely came out to introduce herself and wished and gave me best wishes and good luck on the interview.

Behavioral and situational questions. Military at times perhaps this may have been my personal experience.
Two guys typing on their laptops taking notes seeming detached and not engaged. Yep, that was definitely a tell-tell sign that I was not an ideal candidate although my interview went well and my qualifications/back ground ans sales experience said otherwise. #ShortSkirtandblonde.
