Online application Situational Judgement Test Video Interview Assessment Centre A very thought provoking and interesting assessment centre, for me personally this was by far the most involving and challenging. The staff and organisers were fantastic, highly organised and the day was ran really well, if you fit with the company vibe and truly believe in their values you will be fine here. The scheme itself is highly dynamic and rewarding, offering personal choice of 3/4 rotations to direct your own career which is something a lot of companies do not do, they nurture talent at LG and it is a really good atmosphere to be in. The process start to finish was not easy but it's very much worth the time and effort.
