After two months of the interview process, all I receive is an automatic rejection from Greenhouse, and the internal recruiter and had absolutely zero decency and professionalism to even give feedback. Leadership needs to hire better Recruiters. While the company boasts great culture, the way that they treat their candidates shows the lack of professionalism. I'm not going to be surprised if this is how they treat everybody inside the company as well.
