Talent acquisition interview was fine, did a good job of selling the company. Second interview with manager and DBS was technical and remote, discussion of their projects, issues and pain points, not particularly intense. Third interview in person at their office in Leeds with manager, DBA team, Support and Engineering, very similar to the second interview. Nice people, all good. Then it all fell apart, job offer ended up 10k less than advertised, lots of delays, slowly slicing the offer down, finally I gave up. Probably a good enough company to work for if you can get the salary that is in the advert!
