This was a great interview process! Gutted not to have got it but my experience throughout was wonderful, the people were great. Started with a 15-30 mins call with a recruiting manager. This went through my cv a bit, asking behavioural questions. Then was short-listed to the assessment centre, which was a 9:30am - 1pm. Nice day, got to meet the other candidates, and we all had to prep a presentation before hand for a case and present it, with a 1-1 hour interview following that. A few days later we had a 15-30 min call with the hiring manager, asking 3 personality based questions to be the final decider of the process. Everyone was really lovely, feedback was enlightening.
