The interview process was smooth and conducted in a friendly manner. I spoke to HR Representative who navigated the recruitment process, hiring manager and her line manager, and a peer, team member. I have head right away that my profile matches perfectly what they look for and that they are well familiar with the organisation I worked for at that time (London Stock Exchange Group). I also heard from the hiring manager: "You are by far our best candidate". After which I have never heard from them again, despite two follow-up e-mails to the hiring manager and two updates requests sent to the internal recruiter. I saw the position being advertised on LinkedIn again 3 weeks later. I wrote the very same hiring manager reiterating my interest - no reply, no out of office, no undeliverable message.
