The interview process consist of 2 interviews and I have given 1 interview and rejected in that interview. Interview happened through Online Microsoft Teams meet it was about more than 1.30 Hours. The interview was difficult asked many basic to advanced PHP questions also SQL questions were asked.

I recently had the most disappointing and disrespectful experience with LexisNexis Risk Solutions during an interview process. It is with great disappointment that I feel compelled to share my experience in order to warn others about their unprofessional conduct. First and foremost, after going through the entire process of scheduling an interview with the company's HR department and the interviewer, I received an email merely five minutes after the scheduled time stating that the meeting was a mistake. The HR representative claimed that they had "forgotten to cancel it" because they had found the right candidate. This last-minute cancellation without any prior notice or apology is completely unacceptable and displays a severe lack of respect for candidates' time and efforts. Adding insult to injury, the interviewer, who should have at least shown basic professionalism, managed to get my name wrong in their email correspondence. It is beyond comprehension how such a fundamental error could occur, especially considering the interviewer's supposed expertise in evaluating candidates. This mistake not only showed a lack of attention to detail but also highlighted their lack of respect towards me as an individual. It is disheartening to see a company that claims to uphold high standards and values treating potential candidates in such a careless and disrespectful manner. The entire experience left me feeling devalued and undermined. I strongly advise anyone considering applying to LexisNexis Risk Solutions to think twice. This incident reflects a deeply rooted problem within the company's culture and its disregard for the well-being and respect of potential employees. In today's competitive job market, candidates deserve better treatment and professionalism from organizations they consider joining. To LexisNexis Risk Solutions, I implore you to take a long, hard look at your internal processes and the behavior of your HR department and interviewers.
