Long interview process for an entry level position. A HR rep called a week or two after I applied, did a brief phone interview, and said someone would be in touch. I received a call the following week to schedule an interview with the director of the team. A week or so after that, same thing but this time with two members of the team plus some random assessment online. At this rate, it's been a month for the whole process. At the end, they say they had more people to interview and someone would be in touch in about two weeks. All that unnecessary fou fou and I do not even receive a polite rejection email. Rude.
