I apply to this position on school career website, and got the first round interview within 2 weeks. They schedule the interview at Atlanta. I was interviewed by a Senior Director and another girl in this program. Behavior question, analysis procedure and resume question are asked. I got the final round interview within another two week, and it was a all-day on-site interview from 8 a.m to 4 p.m. Multiple interviewee was divided into two group. Basically we go though the same schedule, so I just claim my experience. In the morning each of interviewee will interview with 7 different director, the are in different position in the company. They'll introduce what are the daily tasks in their team, and some will ask thing about resume, most part was expressing your motivation for this program. However, I didn't perform well in the technical part. The afternoon section were more relaxed, they introduce us to the database building, and a group quiz. 3 or 4 interviewee are assigned in a group, and solve the quiz they provide as soon as possible.
