The phone screen was adversarial, focusing on weaknesses of which I had previously stated were not areas of strength. Nothing about my strengths, accomplishments or how I overcame obstacles--the skills and talents I bring. Perfunctory fact-based (what is x, what is y) probing interview which successfully screened me out as I am an engineer and not an encyclopedia. Unsatisfactory experience, definitely not a fit here. Good luck finding the candidate who walks on water and would want to work for such a company.
