The HR person /Office Manager was a very down-to-earth, kind person who seems to say everything on her mind. The interview went well. However, she and Senior Associate I met with seemed to want to hire me just because I had experience and might be willing to work there. As a career paralegal, this firm did not sound to me to be a place many paralegals stay for a long time, even though the salary they were offering was pretty good for a smaller firm. I was supposed to come back and meet with the partner for a stamp of approval but I declined.

Two interviews. They were very conversational and low pressure. When I followed up they ghosted so that was unprofessional. But up until then it was a pleasant process. However, it does seem there is a very high load of work being given as that was very emphasized.
