Fairly laid back. The manager interviewed me on location and talked about my strengths and how they might translate to one of the many restaurants there. I will say that there was a miscommunication over the time we were supposed to have the interview, whether that was my fault or theirs, the interviewer was forgiving. Once I had the job there were several training sessions before we opened.
