It was professional but laid back. Questions not only about how I would handle real world problems within my profession but also about my personal life and about my growth as an individual.

The interview process had three stages. You first begin with the recruiter, then meet with the team, and finally the head of talent aquisition. The third meeting was in-person where you also receive a tour of the office. Everyone was kind and the questions were fair and not too difficult. I ended up not being offered the position, and after receiving the rejection email, I asked for feedback on why I wasn't selected to carry forward into future opportunities. I was ghosted after asking. I understand many companies do not offer feedback to due potential liability, but if someone spends weeks of their life conducting interviews and waiting between rounds, I believe not ghosting a finalist is common courtesy. I would have rated the experience very positive if I hadn't of been ghosted.
