Walked into the store and simply inquired the manager of any job openings. The manager quickly grabbed me an application and told me to turn it in as soon as i finished filling it out. I was immediately asked to return for first round interviews, which are conducted in small groups of 6-8, then followed by the second round of interviews - a short one on one interview, and a job offer via telephone. I was naive to immediately accept what I was offered out of excitement rather than negotiating for better compensation.

The interview was conducted in the back of the store before store opening. It was a group interview with three total candidates. The interviewer would ask a series of questions and we would all take turns offering our response.

The interview process started with a group interview where candidates were assigned to work in pairs. Each pair was given a celebrity or singer as a prompt and tasked with selecting an appropriate outfit for them. After completing the collaborative activity, candidates moved on to one-on-one interviews.
