When I interviewed with the company I initially thought it would only be a one on one interview. I was then told that the business development manager and accounts manager would interview me. I was lead to the conference room and both gentleman gave details of what their company was and what they did in the field office. They asked me me general questions on what my past experience was and how it could relate to this position. I felt comfortable and let them know that the work environment was very similar to what my last job was. They told me about me responsibilities and I immediately countered by giving them examples of my past work experience and how it directly related to what they are looking for. They gave me a brief tour of the facility and should me the warehouse. I met some of the employees and felt immediately at home. They made me feel very at ease and comfortable.
