Wow best interview process ever, not more than 2 people in a panel so the interviewee is not intimidated. The interviewer first introduce himself or herself and tell you about themselves before they give you an opportunity to introduce yourself and take them through your CV. A perfect ice breaker indeed, the interviewee already feels welcome

The process after applying was very unprofessional. I experienced a long delay until I was notified if I passed the first round of the interview, 2 months to be exact. I had made many attempts to contact the recruiter, with all possible ways of communication with no response and even when there was a response it had no substance. No respect for the person and the candidate. In the end, however, I wasn't exactly hired, and if we were to move forward, I wouldn't go. The culture of the company can be seen from the recruitment process. I am very sorry for this decline and I hope that the approach will change soon. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone, a resume sender is obviously looking for a job right away, besides, the chances of missing out on a good candidate are greater with the above in mind. It is also good that each candidate knows the reason for rejection, after such a time-consuming process and two interviews
