There is no respect whatsoever to the candidate. Terrible candidate experience the negatively affects employee branding as well as (do not forget) apart for being a potential customer I am an HR Professional with more than 15 years experience and have a huge network of people to whom I share my experiences with.

Nice people, shared the values and needs for the company's future. They were open to questions and shared their experience. I did my interview online and everything went well, as expected.
