If they are happy with your cv, they first ask you to do a video interview. The video interview is conducted through a link they send you. You then answer the questions in video format. if it’s successful they invite you for an interview at their offices. The entire process took around a week. From submitting my cv to getting feedback about my video interview then to being invited for a physical interview.
