The interview was conducted via HireVue. Two interviewers (from different business areas) were on the call, who took it in turns to ask the questions. When answering some questions, they may follow up with more depending on your answer

Once I applied, I got an email saying I had to complete tests online. There was a maths and awareness test and after I completed these tests I got an email saying I was invited to an assessment day at the Leonardo facility in Edinburgh. The assessment day was really laid back, I did a few basic tests, a group exercise and 2 formal interviews with employees at Leonardo. one of these interviews was a standard interview where the interviewers asked questions about my interests in joining Leonardo and other questions all relating to the role. The second interview was a presentation in front of the same panel of interviewers as the first interview, the presentation had to be about an engineering project that I did. After the interviews, I was told within a week that I was successful and with other relevant details about the role. Overall the interviews were really laid back and casual and all members of staff were friendly and helpful when I met them.
