Lots and Lots of paperwork, after that a fairly easy process. because of the DOD background in the company, it seems like everything is in triplicate. Most of the process is done online to fill out all the paperwork. and they will not even look at you as a candidate if you dont properly fill out the paperwork.. and it was very exhausting.
