It would often take a minimum of two weeks between each stage, leaving me constantly seeking feedback and updates. After the final interview, it took a whopping 5 weeks for the company to inform me that they had chosen another candidate, even though both the hiring manager and HR had hinted at my strong candidacy. I had a positive experience with the team during the interviews, but I must say that the lack of communication and respect throughout the hiring process left me at a loss for words.
