The process was tiresome with multiple meetings with 5 managers along with HR. I presented examples of development to exceed the clients application along with C level references. There were 4 different meetings over a 4 month period to land the position.

I had a screening interview to go over the basics of my resume and some personality questions. After that I had interviews for two days speaking to my future bosses as well as directors. The interview was mostly personality questions asking why I would be a good fit for the role and giving me more information on the day to day aspects of the job.
