The interview with the hiring manager was extremely pleasant even though I did not end up being offered a follow-up interview. However, I was never contacted one way or another by the initial contact with Talent Acquisition. This was even after I reached out 4 weeks after my interview with the hiring manager. It's 2023 - it isn't too much to ask for a form rejection email to candidates who have spent time and effort applying to your positions!

Q: What type of leadership style do you prefer in your supervisors?
The process was extremely slow and inefficient. No response was received from the HR team despite multiple follow ups. Upon finally getting in touch with someone from the team, the response I got was that the team member was changed and that I should contact another person instead.

It was a virtual interview with one of the legal counsels. It was mostly a one sided conversation where the interviewer provided more details regarding the role I was interviewing for.
