Internal recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. Talk with her and then talked with a more senior person on the recruiting team. I then talked with a person that is a peer to this role. Lastly, I talked with the Hiring Manager (on a Friday). She said there would be a decision the following week. Waited ten days and then reached out to the original recruiter asking for timing on next steps. Completely ghosted. No response. A month later, I receive a survey asking about my interviewing experience. (???) Between interviewing and preparation time, I invested 10+ hours to have them not even send me an email to close the loop.
