Applied for the position via LinkedIn. A couple weeks later, I received an email from the hiring manager, thanking me for the application, and if I were still interested, to please submit my CV. I sent my CV and the next day was asked to schedule a phone interview for the following day. Plans changed, and we ended up doing a F2F interview in Sanlitun (not in the office). Interview went well and work samples were requested. I was progressed to the next stage which would involve a HR formality and a panel interview with a board of senior managers I would support (We were able to both in one day). The offer process started shortly after.
