The interviewer neglected to review my resume, which made the phone interview a lot longer than it should have been. She did mention the base salary of $1500/monthly for 3 mos while you build your business which is something most builders do not offer

Phone interview was easy, then in person interview. We were 3 new candidates, they said they have a hire turn over and they are always hiring. Even thought they are looking for new home sales experienced only. Waste of time.
