The interview was a two stage process. Area Director and then the final part of the interview was with the Operations Director. The opportunity presented as a PM was golden in the fact that you could take the clients brief, form the design team, price the design, build the design and then handover the keys!
The interview is Detailed and process driven, a lot of questions, strict requirements, paper work and requests. Long response time depending on pipeline and upcoming jobs that they have coming
