I had 1.5 days of interviews (one full day was their flying me to their Ohio branch and meeting with one interviewer after another). I found the folks to be very down to earth and likable. Their interview questions were reasonable.
Got a call from the HR for arranging a round of discussion. At the appointed time the interviewer called and discussed about the professional experience and at the end of the call gave the offer.
