There was a phone interview first from the hiring team and then 2 zoom interviews from the Head of Pet Claims and the Lead of Claims. Everyone was super friendly and engaging -- felt like I was talking to a friend. I remember after the interview thinking how it was unlike any other interview I had been through before.
