HR reading off questions and not listening to me. HR - "Do you have experience building dashboards?" Me - "yes- I have experience building them in tableau, looker.." HR - "Do you have experience with tableau?" It remained like this the entirety of the interview. To be honest I'm not sure sh even knows what these tools are herself because she wouldnt be asking this right afterwards. Also she couldnt explain the RSU structure and actually explained it to me incorrectly as I later found out through glassdoor. An HR recruiter should know these common technologies and how their RSU structure works..
