Due to distance, the process started with an initial phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager, then a more detailed interviews with each of the owners and a final in person meeting in their headquarters. Each step was handled in a timely manner, with plenty of communication between the TAM and myself. The process was very thorough and included many thoughtful and meaningful questions. The best interview process I've experienced to date.
