Interview process felt very standardized and not tailored to candidate experience level. It did not feel like the recruiter had reviewed my cv and background.
The initial screening was made through a fixed set of generic questions, with little to no adaptation based on background or seniority. there was limited opportunity to discuss prior experience in a meaningful way or explain the motivation behind the choice to apply to the company.
The conversation felt more like a checklist exercise than a two-way dialogue. There were also no follow-up questions to dive deeper into examples, which made it difficult to assess mutual fit beyond surface level.
For candidates with more senior or non-traditional profiles, a more flexible and contextual approach in early-stage interviews would significantly improve the experience. This whole experience felt very junior and unprofesssional

I was recently approached by a recruiter at Legora for a sales role. While the organization appears nice, I would strongly recommend researching their product feedback online before moving forward.
