Interview questions were as you would expect. For the role I was applying for I needed to know what I was talking about and fortunately for me I did. Each of the VPs, directors, and managers who interviewed me brought their own personality to the interview. I found I actually didn't repeat myself very often as everyone brought their own set of questions. Although in IT, I'm not in a specifically technical role, but technical roles should definitely be prepared to answer technical questions!
