Lack of communication. I met very briefly with a recruiter and then met with the hiring manager. I heard nothing for a while but was then invited to participate in a case study. I was told it went well and that they were finishing interviews with other candidates before making a decision. Then I never heard from them again, and the recruiter ignored my email following up.

A recruiter on LinkedIn reached out to me after seeing my profile. I had a phone screening with the recruiter and from there she scheduled a first round interview with the hiring manager. The interview was great! I. felt I was in top form but you never know with these companies. At least I thought I was in top form until I was ghosted soon after. The interview took place Dec 9th and it is now Jan 7th, 2025.
