2 rounds of phone interviews with management. Consisted of 30-minute phone screen and one hour long conversation with the CEO. Conversation with the CEO was great and mostly conversational because he liked my background and sold me on the company. CEO is a very smart guy. Preliminary interview asked a bunch of questions to test skills and culture fit.
