It's easy and promising, says how good the system are. Havent went into it i not sure, says that i will be doing good under their leadership. Done personality test but seems like framing test instead of understanding. Only good side of the firm but not the reality of the business.

Face to face interview . General and finance related questions. Interviewer is friendly and professional . Once short listed candidate undergo training and related certifications before commencing work. Must be finance savvy and go getter.
