The person who interviewed me was about 30 minutes late and seemed mystified that I was there meeting him, and treated me as though he was doing me a huge favor by talking to me even though I had applied through a job posting and he had requested that I come in (aka - it's not like someone helped me get an interview, the guy saw my resume and ASKED me to come in). He barely looked at me, was doing something on his computer for part of the time and at one point asked "Well why aren't you working for X?" (someone well-known who I'd interned for in college) -- as though I've been wasting my life by moving on to other jobs and gaining experience elsewhere. Uh, because I've been busy working at other well-known places, as I just told you and as my resume says. I assume this guy is good at something because he's made it to EP, but interviewing/interpersonal relations is not one of them.
