Initial phone screen with recruiter, which I felt went very well. On site interview with 2 very nice individuals. Interview was just over an hour. No tour of the facility. I received a rejection email a week prior to the recruiter reaching out with a request for an interview. I never received a follow-up after the interview, so at this point I can only assume I will not receive a job offer. No response after an interview says a lot about a company in my opinion. That combined with the salary not matching the job responsibilities would make me wary. The position was operations coordinator/project manager/admin assistant all in one position; I felt this was a lot of responsibility with a lower salary than what was warranted considering the level of work involved. Company does offer great benefits.
