First I had an over-the-phone interview and I was asked basic questions about my customer service experience. It went really well and the interviewer was very nice and upfront about all of the ins and outs. I was asked to come back for a second interview at their Franklin location. Very nice building, all super nice staff. I was in a small conference room with three managerial staff members and they made me feel at ease! Drug testing and a background check is required in order to be hired.
