Recruiter reached out for pre screening, later progressed to an interview with manager and a team member. Recruiter was very slow to provide updates, if any at all. The interview was terrible… both men had a very uninviting demeanor, not welcoming at all. They were very cold and not personable. It was challenging to converse with them, I almost felt judged. I don’t even think they smiled once. The recruiter did not follow up with me that I would not progress to a third interview, I just received a generic email to close off the requisition. Terrible candidate experience.
