I applied via LinkedIn. Then I was called and we had like 5 min talk with the recruiter, very straight forward and to the point. I asked why I want to work with customers and why I like it. Then there was an interview in the office with the recruiter and the manager- also quite straight forward. I got to find out more about the position and there were questions regarding my experience.
