La persona responsabile del colloquio ha seguito palesemente un copione, cosa che non ho apprezzato, si è presentata e poi ha iniziato a farmi delle domande. Inizialmente sulla mia istruzione, diploma, laurea, ecc. Poi ha iniziato ha interessarsi alla mia esperienza lavorativa nell'ambito dell'insegnamento. Mi ha fatto molte domande sul mio metodo di insegnamento e sul tipo di alunni che ho avuto.

It was a conversation where they first inquired about my credentials and then asked about my teaching methods. Toward the end, I had an opportunity to ask questions, but they had already provided thorough explanations, so there wasn’t much left to clarify.

I applied online and was contacted by email to arrange an interview over skype. I was asked questions related to my teaching background and familiarity with online training platforms. I also learned about the company and basic role of their online teachers.
